The room came equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a spacious refrigerator, which made it easy to keep drinks cool. Despite the noise from the corridor, the room was generally quiet and a great place to unwind after a long day. The added touch of a hairdryer in the bathroom was very convenient.

Amazing Rooftop

Delicious Buffets

Great Room Service

I had a wonderful stay at Jo A Palace, ideally located near the old town and a short walk from the beach. The room was cozy, though a bit small, and the rooftop pool was a highlight with its stunning views. The staff, especially Maria, were incredibly kind and attentive. However, the shower could use some improvement. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a perfect location that made it easy to explore Rethymno on foot. The rooms were quite comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. While the dining options were varied, the hot food could have been better, and some of the amenities in my room were not quite up to par. Overall, it was a nice experience, but there were a few areas that need improvement.
